What is a Passport number?

The Passport number identifies you and your contact information for our Customer Service Department. The number is linked directly to our customer database and simplifies the ordering process so you do not have to repeat your information each time you call or order online.

Are you having problems logging in?

Please note that our Passport login process has changed. As an additional security precaution to protect your information on file with us, we now ask that you enter your email address along with your Passport number to log in. We felt that using your email address as a verification of your identity was simpler for you than assigning you yet another password or user ID. The email address that you enter must match the primary email address that we have on file for you.

These are possible reasons that your Passport login has failed:

  1. The email address that you have entered does not match the email address we have on file, or we have no email address on file for you. This could happen if you have multiple email addresses or if your email address has changed. Please email Customer Service and let us know what email address you would prefer to use as your login verification. We will confirm that the information has been changed in our system so that you may log in.
  2. The email address and Passport number have been entered in the wrong fields or have been entered incorrectly. Please try logging in again. Enter the email address in the first field and the Passport number in the second field (this was reversed in our past login process). Double check that you have typed the email address and number before clicking on GO.
  3. Your Passport login will not automatically allow you to enter Pick & Click Postcards unless you have been specifically activated with a separate Pick & Click Postcards account linked to your Passport number. If your Passport number does not allow you into Pick & Click Postcards, your Pick & Click Postcards account may not be activated. Please contact your sales representative or email Customer Service to verify that your Pick & Click Postcards account is activated or to request activation of a new account.
  4. It’s possible that you may have received another kind of error message. If that is the case, please highlight and copy the error message text and paste into an email to Customer Service. They will have our Technical Support staff resolve any technical issues and will follow up with you.
